Established in 1992, biddulph architects is an ARB registered architectural practice based in Bristol. We have a proven track record of well-crafted buildings providing elegant and practical solutions to the client’s Brief.

 

biddulph architects have provided consultancy services to a number of public sector bodies including Avon County Council, North Somerset Council, Bristol City Council, South Gloucestershire Council, Devon County Council, Avon Probation Service and Avon Fire Brigade.

  

Our work is diverse and has ranged from obtaining Planning Permission for a new Magistrates Court in Weston-super-Mare for Avon County Council, an award-winning new Council Chamber for North Somerset Council to numerous built Education projects and Feasibility Studies for Bristol City Council. The practice has also recently obtained Full Planning Permission for a major mixed use development in North Devon including new Primary School for Devon County Council.

  

Over the last 15 years, the success of the practice has been recognised by a number of Design awards :–

In 2005, our new Dance Studio for St Werburghs Primary school, Bristol was featured in DfES publication ‘Schools for the Future – Inspirational Design for PE & Sport Spaces’

 

Richard Biddulph, as the Principal of the practice, is a qualified ARB Registered Architect with over 35 years of continuous and wide-ranging experience in both Private Practice and the Public Sector.
